Ramdom - Youmu Konpaku

Technically this would be a request but it kinda poped out of nowhere in convo I had with some people.

Anyways.

Youmu Konpaku from the game series The Touhou project, I sadly don't know that much about this series I know some of the characters names and looks but that's pretty much all I know(I know nothing about the plot or whatever other shenanigans) also the obvious fact that is a top down shoot'em up.

also saved me some more work by having the character have her hands in the back huzzah!
