I really don't care that is being used since it's not even my character(but I'm still a little annoyed)

Hi, nice Sigma sprite! I was told you're the original maker of the sprite, and I was wondering if I could make edits of and use the Sigma sprites from the MUGEN char which is based off this but has more frames included. Is that ok?
